Vika Eksta works with autobiographical narrative and existential subjects, as well as the research of life in the Latvian countryside. In her long-term projects, she combines a documentary approach with fiction and fabrication.\u00a0<\/p>

The medium that Vika chooses depends on the specific project. She works in photography, video, performance for the camera, and audio-visual archive research.\u00a0<\/p>

Vika is the recipient of ADC Young Guns, FK Portfolio, and the \u201cSeeking the Latest in Photography!\u201d Award at the first Riga Photography Biennial.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
